do we loose Internet connection if we use VoIP telephone in boardband connection?

Personal computers and a boardband Phone Adapter with VoIP Phone is connect in a home Router in DSL internet connection in this situation do we use telephone and browse the web through personal computers at a time? or is there any problem ocure in the connection of personal computers or in telephone call.
