Where Can I get a replacement unlocked cell phone for SIM Card from 2001 AT&T Plan?

Went to Best buy and unless I change my plan I am unable to use my sim card. I need an old phone which is compatible with a 2001 cell phone and old sim card. I do not want to change my plan or carrier.

When paying full price for the item, ATT will have newer devices, and generall better warranties and insurance on said devices. And ATT will be the only place you can get the neccessary updated SIM card you need.
