that is the flex pay option where u pay monthly for the service but there is no monthly bill. its prepaid and it works like a contract phone but u dont have to sign a contract and u dont spend more than u can afford so there is no high bill. i like the flex pay option by tmobile. its a good plan as far as prepaid goes. its less expensive than at & t go phone pick ur plan and other prepaid plans out there. if u live in major metropolitan areas i would advise u to get cricket or metro pcs.

How to upgrade a prepaid mobile phone

<p>If you have a prepaid mobile, also known as pay-as-you-go, and its getting a little tired looking and you want to upgrade to a newer model there are a surprising amount of options available to you. Whilst we all get attached to our trusted mobile phones there’s no reason to make the transition over to a new handset any more difficult.</p>

<p>The major advantage contract customers get over their pay-as-you-go counterparts is getting huge discounts on their handsets when it comes to upgrade. In fact many contracts will offer free devices, in exchange for a 12 or 18 month tie-in with the provider. Unfortunately if you are going to remain on a pre-paid deal this won’t be possible, however there are still great deals to be found.</p>

<p>Most devices are available for general sale. However, to save money you may wish to stick with the provider your current SIM is attached to. Unfortunately SIM free mobiles tend to be the most expensive as they are effectively being sold at the standard rate by the manufacturer.
