how do i know an inmates number in their evercom account so i can call them?


alright i knowww that sounds complicated..lol so let me explain: my boyfriend has been locked up for more then 2 months now…he’s been trying to call me using evercom {evercom is like a billing system inmates use to call loved ones}for some reason it doesnt go through so now im trying to get an evercom account ..i called them…so i could get registered and b able to call him…but they keep telling me to dial his number in his account ..idk wat that number is..and i cant register without knowing that number..its like his own telephone number…but i dnt know it…can ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME???..its soo important=[..if anyone can thanxxx ALOTT!!! i do appreciate it

First, try contacting the jail to see if they can give you the number. Sometimes the account number is the same as the inmate's number. Also the commissary program will often let you put money on his phone account. Go to the jails website and see if it has info about putting money in the inmates phone account, trust account, etc.

You can also look around Evercom's billing website: https://www.correctionalbillingservices.com/ to see if it has any info.

You should be able to set up an account whereby the inmate can call your phone number without having to give the inmate's account number, but not sure if Evercom offers that feature....but can't hurt to ask.

Last option....get a regular telephone and have him call you collect.
