How do you set up port forwarding on a Thomson Speedtouch 585 v6 router?

Hi all,

I have a Thomson speedtouch router that I am trying to configure to work with VoIP services. My service provider tells me that I need to set up port forwarding on my router but am not sure how and there is is Little reliable information via Google. As for contacting the makers, they seem to have disappeared????
