Why should I have to press ANY number on the telephone for service in English?

The guy who invents a way for telephones to relay stored information about a user’s native tongue to an automated system so the caller doesn’t have to be asked their language or key it in is going to get RICH! Hmmmm!

I like to refuse to press one for english. I wait for customer servive, start speaking Japanese and then say, ” What you don’t speak Japanese? I thought this was a nation of immigrants. You have people who speak Spanish, why do you not have people that speak Japanese. Are you racist?”
